BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 180 Blackwell Farm Road, being at the northwest end of Blackwell Farm Road northwest of Scrapeshin Trail. Lot l, Corrective Plat, Townhomes at Council Fire: Lot 1, as shown by plat of record in plat book 52, page 99, ROHC, and part of an unplatted tract; being the property described in deed book 4316, page 54, ROHC, and part of the property described as Tract 14, in deed book 3747, page 135, ROHC. Said lot and part of tract form one tract beginning on the northeast line of Blackwell Farm Road some 359.81 feet northwest of the intersection of the northeast line of Blackwell Farm Road with the northwest line of Scrapeshin Trail, thence southwest 50 feet to the southwest line of Blackwell Farm Road, thence southwest some 226 feet, thence southwest some 87 feet, thence northwest 152.47 feet, thence northeast some 153 feet, thence northwest some 22 feet, thence northeast some 30 feet, thence northeast some 22 feet, thence northeast some 228 feet, thence northeast some 392 feet, thence northeast some 386.5 feet, thence southeast 54.12 feet, thence southeast 231.15 feet, thence southwest 321.61 feet, thence southwest 465.38 feet to the northwest line of Blackwell Farm Road, thence southeast some 51 feet with Blackwell Farm Road to the point of beginning.
